En cumplimiento del art\u00edculo 45 de la Ley 7\/1996 de 15 de enero sobre Comercio Minorista, no proceder\u00e1 derecho de cambio o devoluci\u00f3n en el caso de aquellas mercanc\u00edas fabricadas seg\u00fan las especificaciones del cliente o que hayan sido realizados claramente a medida del mismo. Tampoco habr\u00e1 derecho de cambio o devoluci\u00f3n en el caso de que el desperfecto sea debido a un mal uso.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Los productos personalizados se fabrican con la imagen y\/o el texto que env\u00eda el usuario, en la misma posici\u00f3n, calidad, resoluci\u00f3n y medidas. El usuario se responsabiliza de que la imagen o el texto que env\u00eda a la hora de hacer el pedido tienen unos requisitos adecuados para una correcta fabricaci\u00f3n. Para dudas sobre requisitos m\u00ednimos, lea nuestras sugerencias de resoluci\u00f3n m\u00ednima para su imagen en la secci\u00f3n de \u201cpersonalizaci\u00f3n\u201d o p\u00f3ngase en contacto con nosotros.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Quedan excluidas de esta jurisdicci\u00f3n aquellas devoluciones que se deriven de un error cuyo responsable sea www.donplayeras.com o de alg\u00fan defecto del producto. En tal caso, nuestra empresa se compromete a cambiar el producto defectuoso por otro igual en el menor tiempo posible, para ello debe de presentar un recibo o comprobante de compra con su n\u00famero de pedido, su art\u00edculo debe estar sin usar y en las mismas condiciones en que lo recibi\u00f3, incluyendo su empaque original. En caso de que aplique su cambio o devoluci\u00f3n usted ser\u00e1 el responsable de pagar los gastos del env\u00edo. En el supuesto de que no se pudiera hacer el cambio se reintegrar\u00e1 el importe.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Con nuestra pol\u00edtica de cambio y devoluci\u00f3n usted tiene un lapso no mayor a 15 d\u00edas para solicitar su cambio. Pasado este tiempo, desafortunadamente no podremos ofrecerle un reembolso o cambio.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>En ocasiones, la empresa de transporte devuelve a nuestras instalaciones los pedidos que no han podido entregar, por estar el receptor del pedido ausente de la direcci\u00f3n postal indicada en el paquete, o estar mal indicada dicha direcci\u00f3n postal, y no haber podido ponerse en contacto por ninguna v\u00eda. En estos casos, nuestra empresa avisa al usuario de esta incidencia, para tramitar un nuevo env\u00edo confirmado a la direcci\u00f3n postal correcta, que correr\u00e1 a cargo del cliente. En caso de que el usuario no responda a nuestros avisos, conservamos el paquete en nuestras instalaciones hasta un m\u00e1ximo de 30 d\u00edas. Tras dicho plazo, el paquete es destruido.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>En algunos pedidos, el producto adquirido puede ser enviado dentro de un estuche, caja o envoltorio adaptado a dicho producto. Este estuche o envoltorio es un elemento proporcionado para mejor protecci\u00f3n y presentaci\u00f3n del producto, pero fuera del precio del producto, por lo que en el caso de llegar roto o con alg\u00fan desperfecto, no se reemplaza, repone ni abona. Solo el propio producto personalizado es el que tiene cobertura de repetici\u00f3n o devoluci\u00f3n en caso de que cumpla con las condiciones necesarias (fallo de impresi\u00f3n, fabricaci\u00f3n, etc).<\/p>\n<p><strong>www.donplayeras.com<\/strong> no asumir\u00e1 responsabilidad alguna por diferencia de color o resoluci\u00f3n entre la imagen original y la del producto suministrado, originadas por una calidad defectuosa del archivo de imagen original.
